HOW DOES Mamazon finds give back?
As a mom of 3 young kids running a small business, giving back to the community is a value we hold near and dear to our hearts. We support Operation Underground Railroad, an organization that rescues and recovers children from the horrors of trafficking. $1 from each box gets donated.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING CHARGE & do you ship internationally?
Shipping is $5 flat rate anywhere in the United States, but you can access free shipping for life by purchasing a pre-paid annual subscription! We do not ship internationally at this time.
ONCE I ORDER, WHEN WILL I GET MY BOX IN THE MAIL?
Your box will ship between the 1st and the 10th of each month.
The cut-off date for ordering the next month's box is the last day of each month.
We use USPS Priority Mail, which takes about 4 days, and you will receive tracking information by email.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
You will be billed upon initial purchase.
Your plan will automatically renew on the 15th of each month. If you ordered a 3/6/12 month pre-paid plan, then they would automatically renew on the 15th of the last month in the plan. So if you ordered a 3-month subscription on October 1st, you receive October, November and December boxes and be rebilled on December 25th.
If you do not wish to be re-billed again, you have to cancel the subscription before you are rebilled.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN OR SKIP A MONTH?
Yes! Simply log into your account to make changes to your plan.
SKIPPING: This is a great option if you need a break from the box. You can restart any time.
CANCEL: In order to NOT be re-billed, you must cancel your subscription 24 hours before you are rebilled, which happens on the 15th of the month (or renewal month).
If you cancel your subscription after you have been re-billed, we do NOT ISSUE REFUNDS and you will still receive the boxes. Once that subscription has been fulfilled then you would NOT be billed again.
WHAT IF I CANCEL HALFWAY THROUGH MY SUBSCRIPTION? Will I get a refund?
We're sorry to see you go! You can cancel at any time through your online account. If you have committed to a 3 / 6 / 12 month subscription and have boxes left to receive, you will be billed for and shipped the remaining boxes. Upon completion of your subscription, you will not be rebilled again. If you cancel after the rebill date, your cancelation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Please note that when you cancel a subscription, it does not cancel any paid or pending charges. The prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.
What if there was a problem with my box?
All purchases are final sale and non-refundable. This includes subscription boxes, shipping, and taxes. If you have received an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@mamazonfinds.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, so we can send a replacement item that is of the same or comparable value. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
If your shipment has been shipped, with a tracking number provided, please contact USPS for locating the box. Also, contact us so that we can help as well.
